Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of ContentPartner. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use ContentPartner.
01Your account
You need a valid email address or Google account to sign up. Keep access to your email secure, because sign-in codes are sent there. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 to use ContentPartner.
02Free trial and subscriptions
- Plans and trials are sold through our payment provider, Whop, and are also subject to Whop's terms.
- The free trial requires a card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it turns into the paid plan you chose and you'll be charged.
- One free trial per person. We may refuse or end trials that look like repeat or abusive sign-ups.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Whop, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Each plan includes usage limits, shown on the Plans page. We may change prices or limits for future billing periods with notice.
03Acceptable use
Don't use ContentPartner to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass anyone, send spam, or try to break, overload, scrape or resell the service. Don't share your account to get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
04Your content
What you create and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the service to you. Make sure you have the rights to anything you upload.
05Research and AI results
Research is based on public Instagram data and AI analysis. It can be incomplete or wrong, and past performance doesn't guarantee future results. Ideas and scripts are starting points: check them before you publish, and don't copy other creators' work. You're responsible for the content you post. ContentPartner is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
06Availability
We work to keep ContentPartner running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We rely on third-party services that can change or fail, and we may change or stop features over time.
07Liability
ContentPartner is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or followers, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
08Ending your account
You can stop using ContentPartner and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by nature should survive, such as liability, continue after your account ends.
09Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we'll tell you in advance, and continuing to use ContentPartner means you accept the new terms.
